1. Account Registration
1.1 Customers must register with accurate personal information including full name, contact number, and delivery address.
1.2 The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
1.3 Homefixe is not liable for any unauthorized use of the customer’s account.
2. Product Orders
2.1 Customers can place orders through the Homefixe app or website.
2.2 Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are the responsibility of the respective vendors.
2.3 Homefixe is not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in product listings.
3. Payments
3.1 All payments must be made via the available payment methods on the platform (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, etc.).
3.2 Homefixe reserves the right to modify payment methods and terms with prior notice.
3.3 Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown on the order summary.
4. Delivery
4.1 Deliveries are made either by Homefixe riders or vendors themselves.
4.2 Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
4.3 In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen issues, Homefixe will inform the customer via SMS, call, or email.
5. Cancellations & Returns
5.1 Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched.
5.2 Return policies vary by vendor. The customer should review each vendor’s return policy before purchase.
5.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after product return verification.
6. Customer Conduct
6.1 Customers must not misuse the Homefixe platform for illegal or harmful purposes.
6.2 Any abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate orders may result in account suspension.
7. Privacy & Data
7.1 Customer information is stored securely and used only for service-related purposes.
7.2 Homefixe does not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8.1 Homefixe reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
