Homefixe – Rider Terms & Conditions & Agreement

By registering and working as a Rider with Homefixe, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Onboarding

1.1 The Rider must submit valid CNIC, recent photograph, mobile number, and bank account details during onboarding.

1.2 Rider must possess a valid driving license and a roadworthy vehicle (bike or other, as applicable).

1.3 Riders will be responsible for keeping their personal and vehicle documents up to date with the Homefixe system.

2. Service Nature

2.1 The Rider is an independent contractor and not an employee of Homefixe. This means there is no employment relationship, and the Rider is free to choose working hours.

2.2 Rider may accept or reject delivery tasks, but repeated rejection may lead to account suspension.

3. Delivery Responsibilities

3.1 The Rider agrees to:

  • • Pick up and deliver products in a timely and safe manner.
  • • Treat vendors and customers with respect.
  • • Handle packages with care to avoid damage.

3.2 The Rider must follow proper hygiene and dress code as directed by Homefixe.

4. Commission & Payments

4.1 Riders will be paid per delivery or as per a fixed per-kilometer or order rate (to be shared via the rider app or panel).

4.2 Payments will be transferred weekly to the Rider’s provided bank account or mobile wallet.

4.3 Deductions may be made in case of:

  • • Late deliveries
  • • Damage due to negligence
  • • Misconduct or customer complaints

5. Equipment & Costs

5.1 Riders are responsible for their own fuel, mobile data, vehicle maintenance, and other operational costs.

5.2 Homefixe may provide uniforms or accessories (e.g., delivery box, badge), which must be returned upon contract termination.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Rider must:

  • • Maintain good behavior with customers and vendors.
  • • Not engage in fraud, theft, or misuse of goods.
  • • Not use drugs or alcohol during duty.

6.2 Any breach of conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

7. Insurance & Liability

7.1 Riders are encouraged to have their own vehicle and health insurance.

7.2 Homefixe is not liable for any accidents, theft, or damages incurred during delivery unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 7-day notice.

8.2 Homefixe may terminate immediately in case of:

  • • Misconduct
  • • Theft or fraud
  • • Repeated customer/vendor complaints
  • • Fake deliveries or GPS manipulation

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Lahore/Karachi].

By clicking “I Agree” during Rider registration or signing this document physically/digitally, you confirm that:

  • • You have read and understood all terms.
  • • You agree to perform duties with professionalism.
  • • You understand your role as an independent contractor.
