By registering on Homefixe as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Onboarding

1.1 The Vendor agrees to register on the Homefixe platform and create an online store for listing products.

1.2 At the time of onboarding, Homefixe will not charge any registration or setup fee. However, Homefixe reserves the right to introduce a registration or subscription fee in the future, with prior notice to the Vendor.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Homefixe shall charge the Vendor a commission on every successful sale made through the platform. The commission rate shall be [insert % e.g., 10%] of the order value (excluding taxes and delivery charges).

2.2 Commission charges may be revised in the future. Homefixe will notify the Vendor at least 15 days in advance of any such changes.

3. Product Listing and Management

3.1 The Vendor shall be responsible for:

  • • Providing accurate product information, pricing, and images.
  • • Updating stock levels.
  • • Ensuring timely packaging and handing over of products (if self-fulfilling).

3.2 Products listed must be genuine and legal. Homefixe reserves the right to remove any listing that violates platform policies.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

4.1 If Homefixe provides delivery services, the Vendor shall ensure timely readiness of the order for pick-up.

4.2 If Vendor opts for self-delivery, timely and safe delivery shall be the Vendor’s responsibility.

5. Payments & Settlements

5.1 Payments for successful orders (after deducting Homefixe’s commission and applicable fees) will be transferred to the Vendor’s registered bank account on a [weekly/bi-weekly] basis.

5.2 Any refunds or returns will be handled as per Homefixe’s return/refund policy. The amount may be adjusted in future settlements.

6. Subscription & Platform Fee (Future Clause)

6.1 Homefixe may introduce a monthly or yearly vendor subscription fee in the future to cover operational, marketing, and technical support costs.

6.2 Vendors will be informed in writing at least 30 days in advance before implementation.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with a 15-day written notice.

7.2 Homefixe reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently disable a Vendor’s account in case of:

  • • Repeated customer complaints
  • • Violation of terms
  • • Fraudulent behavior
  • • Selling counterfeit or banned products

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country – e.g., Pakistan].
