1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping services to Lahore Areas 

  • DHA

  • Johar Town 

2. Delivery Time

  • 2 to 3 Hours

Note: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below PKR 5,00: Flat shipping fee of PKR 200

  • Orders above PKR 5,000: Free Delivery

4. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team within 10 to 15 Minutes.

  • Upon confirmation, we pack and dispatch the order within 2 to 3 hours.

  • Tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 5,000.

  • For higher amounts or custom orders, advance payment may be required via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

6. Packaging and Handling

  • All items are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If damaged, inform the rider or refuse the package and contact us immediately.

7. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services like Leopard Courier, TCS, M&P, and Call Courier for reliable nationwide delivery.

8. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • National holidays

  • Custom items or out-of-stock products

Refund Policy

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used tools or opened electrical/mechanical items

  • Custom-made or cut-to-size items (e.g., pipes, cables, sheets)

  • Sale/clearance items

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days through:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Easypaisa/JazzCash

    • Store Credit (upon your choice)

Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. You will be refunded through digital methods.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We will replace the item free of charge if the issue was from our side.

  • If the product is being exchanged for reasons other than defect or error, delivery charges will be applied.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

🛑 1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

How to Cancel:

  • Contact our team via WhatsApp or call at +92-3228088494 with your order number.

  • Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) must be canceled within 6 hours of confirmation to avoid penalty.

Note: Frequent cancellations or fake orders may lead to account restriction.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return If:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice.

❌ Not Eligible for Return If:

  • Product is used, installed, or damaged by the customer.

  • It is a customized item (e.g., cut cables, special orders).

  • It is a clearance/sale item marked as non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us with order number and proof (photos/video).

  2. Get approval from our customer support.

  3. Ship the item back or wait for pickup (if eligible).

Note: Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the error is from our side.
