1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer shipping services to Lahore Areas 

  • DHA

  • Johar Town 

2. Delivery Time

  • 2 to 3 Hours

Note: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below PKR 5,00: Flat shipping fee of PKR 200

  • Orders above PKR 5,000: Free Delivery

4. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team within 10 to 15 Minutes.

  • Upon confirmation, we pack and dispatch the order within 2 to 3 hours.

  • Tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 5,000.

  • For higher amounts or custom orders, advance payment may be required via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

6. Packaging and Handling

  • All items are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If damaged, inform the rider or refuse the package and contact us immediately.

7. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services like Leopard Courier, TCS, M&P, and Call Courier for reliable nationwide delivery.

8. Delays

Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. You will be refunded through digital methods.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund:

  • We will replace the item free of charge if the issue was from our side.

6. Return Shipping

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

How to Cancel:

  • Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) must be canceled within 6 hours of confirmation to avoid penalty.

Note: Frequent cancellations or fake orders may lead to account restriction.
